Ingredients
1 teaspoon of ground cloves or a few drops of clove essential
Instructions:
Prepare the Vaseline: If your Vaseline is too firm, begin by softening it slightly. You can do this by placing the Vaseline in a small bowl and warming it in the microwave for a few seconds. This step ensures that the Vaseline is easier to mix with the cloves or clove oil.
Combine the Ingredients: Once the Vaseline is softened, add the ground cloves or clove essential oil. Mix thoroughly until the two ingredients are well combined. The ground cloves or clove oil will infuse the Vaseline, creating a smooth and fragrant mixture.
Relief for Muscle and Joint Pain: The anti-inflammatory properties of cloves make this mixture an excellent remedy for soothing sore muscles and aching joints. Simply apply a small amount of the mixture to the affected area and gently massage it in. The combination of the Vaseline’s soothing base and the cloves’ natural anti-inflammatory effects provides targeted relief from pain and discomfort.
